Group Chief Transformation Officer

Vijay is the Group Chief Transformation Officer, responsible for leading strategic and transformation initiatives to align with the company’s business strategy and drive operational excellence.

With over 20 years of experience in the global payments and fintech industry, Vijay has held various roles in corporate strategy, M&A, post-merger integration, and business transformation.

Before joining Network, he served as Chief Investment & Transformation Officer at PayU where he helped rapidly scale the payments business and build a strategic fintech ecosystem foraying into new areas from digital credit to wealth management. He was previously a Vice President at Mastercard, overseeing multiple markets in Asia Pacific and the Middle East. He also established Mastercard's Advisors practice in India. Prior to that, he worked for McKinsey & Company advising payments and financial sector clients on strategy, business models, and M&A.

Vijay also served on the boards of leading fintech players in India. He has extensive experience in scaling businesses and fostering strategic investments in high-growth markets.
