Abdulla Nasser Lootah is Chief Public Sector Officer & Advisor to the CEO at Network International, leading the company’s Public Sector P&L and growth in the UAE while supporting public and non-public sector growth initiatives across the Group.
In this role, Abdulla works closely with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team to strengthen strategic relationships, deepen the company’s government and strategic accounts proposition, and position Network International as a trusted partner in the region’s digital payments and transformation agenda.
Abdulla brings extensive experience across public sector leadership, government transformation, national strategy, technology and digital services. Prior to joining Network International, he served as Deputy Minister of Cabinet Affairs for Competitiveness and Experience Exchange, where he led a global government knowledge exchange platform focused on sharing best practices in strategy, performance, excellence and public service leadership.
Earlier in his career, Abdulla served as Director General of the UAE Prime Minister’s Office, Director General of the Federal Competitiveness and Statistics Authority, and Secretary General of the Emirates Competitiveness Council. Across these roles, he contributed to national strategy, government performance, competitiveness, digital services and data capabilities.
Abdulla also spent several years at Microsoft, where he held senior roles including Director, Government Sector and Country Manager.
His experience across government, technology and transformation will support Network International’s ambitions to deepen public sector partnerships and advance its government acquiring and digital payments proposition across the region.
